Pinnacle Computer Repair is committed to the satisfaction of all of our customers, and to constantly finding ways to improve the services we provide. Pinnacle Computer Repair guarantees all service work* completed in our service department or on-site for a period of thirty (30) days from the original service date listed on your work order.

If there is a problem with the service we provided, we will work to remedy the problem quickly and at no additional cost if notified within the thirty (30) day period. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem.

*Safe Mode Guarantee Program Policies:

  • Repaired Laptop Power Jacks:
    We do not provide warranty coverage on any original parts (including software) or equipment sold to customers. AB Tech warrants that its workmanship will be free of any defects upon completion of the work.
  • Unrecoverable Data:
    Unless otherwise noted on the work order. Pinnacle Computer Repair advises all clients to create backups prior to bringing in their computers for service work. However, we understand that this capability is not available to everyone. As a result, we offer a courtesy data backup for a nominal fee that is offered at time of service.
  • Viruses and Spyware Removal:
    AB Tech guarantees infections will be removed when we complete the service call. We cannot guarantee that you will not reinfect your computer. Warranty service is contingent on Current Antivirus with up-to-date Virus Definitions, and file dates will be checked to verify date of infection. Reinfected computers will be subject to normal service charges.
